Mandatory RBI Ombudsman Disclosure

Chhotaria Securities Pvt. Ltd., being a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) regulated by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), follows a structured grievance redressal mechanism to address customer complaints in a fair and timely manner. Customers are requested to first approach the Company’s Grievance Redressal Officer for resolution of any complaints related to loan services, charges, recovery practices, or other service matters.


If you are not satisfied with our response, or if your complaint is not resolved within 30 days from the date of submission, you may approach the RBI Ombudsman under the Integrated Ombudsman Scheme of the Reserve Bank of India.

Under the RBI Integrated Ombudsman Scheme, customers have the right to file a complaint against a regulated entity for deficiency in service. The scheme provides an independent, impartial, and cost-free mechanism for grievance redressal.
